Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the hosted Diagraff service at diagraff.com, operated by Lorincz LLC. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension or termination.

You may not

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to create, store, or share unlawful content.
• Upload, create, or import content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights — including content imported from other services such as Mermaid Chart.
• Post malware, exploit code, or content designed to harm users or systems.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service — including excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service behavior.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, authentication, rate limits, or other security and access controls.
• Access other users' accounts, diagrams, or data without authorization.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation, including implying affiliation with Lorincz LLC, Diagraff, or unrelated companies such as Mermaid Chart, Inc.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate the privacy of others.
• Resell or sublicense the hosted Service without our written permission.

AI features

When you use AI features (your own provider key or a server-configured provider), you are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the generated output. Don't use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and don't rely on AI output as professional advice — it can be inaccurate.

Enforcement & reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts as needed to protect the Service and its users. To report abuse or a suspected violation, contact support@diagraff.com.
