Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch plans anytime from your Settings page. When switching to yearly, you'll save 20% ($96/year vs $120/year).

What happens when I reach the 5-diagram free limit?

Nothing you've made goes away, ever. You can always open, view and export every diagram you've created — on any plan, in any state.

Once you're over the limit, editing and creating pause and you have 7 days to choose: upgrade to Pro and keep everything, or remove diagrams to get back to 5. After 7 days the workspace itself pauses until you pick one. Your diagrams stay exactly where they are the whole time, and deleting and exporting keep working so you can always get back under the limit yourself.

Can I import my whole library from Mermaid Chart on the free plan?

Yes — the import is not capped, so everything comes across in one go even if it's more than 5 diagrams. You'll then be over the free limit, which starts the 7-day window described above. We'd rather you got all your work in and then decided, than have the migration stop halfway.

What is the "weekly limit" on free AI creation?

Free accounts get a weekly AI usage allowance for generating diagrams from text. If you run out, it resets each week — or upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI creation.

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

Your data is never deleted, and you keep every diagram. If you're holding more than the free plan's 5, you'll go into the same 7-day window described above — upgrade again, or trim down to 5. Exporting always keeps working, so you can take everything with you whenever you like.

What's the 10MB file size limit?

Diagram content is capped at 10MB to keep the app responsive and reliable.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

Is there an enterprise plan?
