Open-source attributions and trademark notices
Diagraff is built on open-source software. The Diagraff source code is released under the MIT License. The full, generated dependency attribution lives in the repository's NOTICES.md and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md. Key components are summarized below.
Diagrams are rendered with Mermaid, the open-source JavaScript diagramming library, used under the MIT License. Mermaid renders entirely client-side in your browser. Diagraff serves its own copy of the unmodified Mermaid build from this site rather than loading it from a CDN, so Diagraff does redistribute it — unmodified — and reproduces the MIT notice below as that license requires.

Diagraff offers an optional import from Mermaid Chart that runs with your own Mermaid Chart account and credentials; your use of Mermaid Chart is governed by Mermaid Chart's own terms and privacy policy. We reference "Mermaid Chart" and "Mermaid" only to describe interoperability (nominative use). "Mermaid," "Mermaid Chart," and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Diagraff serves its own copy of two open-source typefaces rather than loading them from a font CDN. Both are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits the modification and redistribution described below provided this notice travels with them.

Both files shipped by Diagraff are modified: each upstream variable font has been instanced to a single width and weight and subset to the Latin character set to reduce page weight. No Reserved Font Name has been changed. The unmodified license text is served alongside each font at OFL-MartianMono.txt and OFL-IBMPlexSans.txt.
